Where arts, nature, technology, science and society meet, under a feminist perspective.
A KÒNICLAB initiative
ECOSS proposes a programme of events that promote dialogue in a transversal manner, between disciplines such as art, ecology, biology, physics, electronics, biomedicine and philosophy with the objective of picturing our everyday influence over the environmental equilibrium.
From a feminist perspective.
How do women contribute to investigation, technological development and new concepts to rebalance our environmental relationship with the Earth, move away the hierarchical axis from anthropocentrism and to deconstruct identities?
ECOSS is a space led by women, with a programme of debates, investigation labs, workshops and art that wants to approach a big audience, using surprising and original proposals, formats and contents.
Defying conventional narratives, ECOSS presents an interactive approach to new artistic languages and to the ever-expanding territories of cultural transversality, where technology is presented to us to reinvent the living arts and our relationship with others, humans and non-humans alike and the space that surrounds us.
An unseen digital culture, unclassifiable and visionary, that provokes an encounter with the unexpected.
