Kòniclab is once again taking part in a Pyrenees-Mediterranean Euroregional project, this time with the companies Baal (Balearic Islands) and K.Danse (Occitania, France). In this project they will work and share tools to integrate the body and movement through creative digital technologies, from a gender perspective and with a special focus on youth.
The Cos(ArtEina2) project proposes the organisation, production, communication and exhibition of the “Cos(ArtEina2) Days” of digital culture expanded to live arts, with training activities, reflections, debates and exhibitions of live art and critical, inclusive, ecological and feminist digital culture, to be shared with the public of the Euro-regional cities of Palma (IB), Barcelona (Cat) and Toulouse (Occitania).
The theme of Cos(ArtEina2) will focus on the relationship of the body with software and technological tools in the context of the performing arts, especially dance.
The “Cos(ArtEina2) Days” aim to redefine the individual and collective relationship with the body through the use of digital technologies (AI, VR, etc.) and to try to forge a new idea of happiness, even of humanity. Questions explored include: what are we willing to give up? What to do with our desires and our excesses? Is a certain abundance still possible? How can we create a dialogue between digital technology and nature?
