A techno-eco-feminist festival of singular experiences
Eighth edition of a techno-eco-feminist festival in the field of cultural innovation for Intermedia Arts and Live Arts expanded with Digital Languages.
The ECOSS / KÒNICLAB project is a space for art and applied research that explores the interconnection between technology, science, and society. It was born with the intention of influencing the transmission and accessibility of knowledge within the artistic community, to highlight the work that many women are carrying out in the city of Barcelona and in Catalonia, and to value their contribution to culture in an international context. Its objective is to promote innovation in digital and interdisciplinary arts from a critical, environmental, and gender perspective.
In 2025, the festival continues the conceptual lines of recent editions and structures its content around the intersection of two main themes: BIO/TECHNO ART AND ECOLOGY and FEMINISMS AND DISSIDENT IDENTITIES.
This year’s program will take place in Barcelona on October 2 and 3 at the Convent de Sant Agustí Civic Center, on October 22-23-24 at Fabra i Coats: Fàbrica de Creació de Barcelona, on October 28 at Dimarts de Vídeo/Centre d’Arts Santa Mònica, and on November 14 at Casa Golferichs Civic Center.
